A brief summary of key milestones in our history:
- In 2001, Ministry Insights was founded.
- In the spring of 2001, Ministry Insights licensed the patented personality profiling system that is the foundation for its profiles.
- In the fall of 2001, Ministry Insights licensed LOGB (Lion, Otter, Golden Retriever, Beaver) as a visual representation of personality types already familiar in the Christian market.
- In 2002, Ministry Insights forged relationships with Ministry Advantage, the American Association of Christian Counselors, LifeWay Christian Resources and the Church Communication Network.
- In 2003, Ministry Insights created and licensed the Parenting Insights profile to Focus on the Family for the creation of Focus on Your Child.
- In 2004, the Leading From Your Strengths brand was launched and was designed to bring a broader understanding of the strengths associated with LOGB.
- In 2004, the first book in the Leading From Your Strength series, Building Close-Knit Ministry Teams was released and became a best-seller.
- In 2004, Ministry Insights partnered with Drs. Les and Leslie Parrot to create the Love Talk Indicator and Couples profile.
- In 2005, the second book in the Leading From Your Strength series, Building Intimacy in Your Small Group was released.
- In 2005, Ministry Insights licensed content and created the Personal I.D. profile for a new Family Life conference called Irresistible Differences.
- In 2006, the Leading From Your Strengths Team-Building Discovery Kit was released.
- In 2006, the third book in the Leading From Your Strength series, Parenting From Your Strengths was released.
- In 2007, the patent was issued for the Internet Delivery Service, which manages the collection, scoring and distribution of the profiles.
- In 2007, Ministry Insights partnered with Don Blanton of MoneyTrax to create the Love and Money marriage conference.
- In 2007, Leading From Your Strengths Certification was established.
- In 2008, the Law of Differences was developed and incorporated into the core messages of Ministry Insights.
- In 2008, the first international Leading From Your Strengths Certification Conference was held with 5 countries represented and 132 people becoming Level II Certified.
- In 2008, the Leading From Your Strengths profile was translated into Spanish.
- In 2008, Leading From Your Strengths was released internationally in Australia, South Africa, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
- In 2008, the Different by Design marriage conference was created.
- In 2009, Ministry Insights introduced the new horizontal graphs to the Leading From Your Strengths Profile.
- In 2009, Ministry Insights partnered with Drs. Les and Leslie Parrot to create the time Starved Marriage Profile.
