  6. Be equipped as a leader to use the assessment with an individual or a team
  7. Obtain life applications for teams on the Strength Wheel
  8. Receive a Leading From Your Strengths Level I Certified certificate for display

I. Acquire graph reading skills for the LFYS profile:

  • Delineate the eight zone strength scales
  • Reveal how scores dynamically impact wording of the LFYS profile
  • Discover four sources of stress that may cause strength movement
  • Differentiate between the natural and adapted scores on the Strength Wheel

II. Gain insights from the LFYS profile:

  • Explain the core message of transforming relationships
  • Highlight specific sections on the LFYS report
  • Develop a pattern of interpreting the LFYS profile with your clients
  • State behavioral implications of the adapted style on the natural style
