Leading From Your Strengths (LFYS) Profiles are personalized, detailed 20-page reports which accurately describe your individual habitual patterns of behavior, thought, emotion, and communication. They provide you with sophisticated, objective insights and action steps about your unique strengths – data you and your team can use immediately and long-term.
The Positions Insights Profile works hand-in-hand with the Leading From Your Strengths Profile and the Successful Staffing Guide to give you what you need most: insight in inviting the right people to join your team. We help you clearly define a position, the strengths needed to fill it successfully, and identify strengths in the candidates who apply.
The Marriage Insights Profile is a personalized, detailed 24-page report outlining your individual and relational strengths, specifically relating to the marriage relationship. The report accurately and objectively describes who you are in your relationship, keys to motivating you based on your wants and values, and keys to effective communication based on your strengths.
Family Insights Profiles are actually two sets of reports: the Parent Insights Profile and the Teen Insights Profile. Each family member, whether parent or teen, completes the appropriate questionnaire and receives an individualized profile report by email.

The Different by Design Event is a marriage experience like no other. It’s not a lecture. It’s an interactive conference where you will be captivated as speakers guide you through exercises, leading you and your spouse to meaningful discussion to strengthen your relationship. But be forewarned: your marriage might not ever be the same again.

The Marriage Insights Profile
As part of your registration, you and your spouse will receive a short online assignment to fill out the Marriage Insights Profile questionnaire online. This assignment will take each of you about 8-10 minutes to complete independently, with no input from the other. After finishing, your responses will be instantly tabulated. You’ll receive your personalized Marriage Insights Profile report online through your email inbox. Print a copy, review the results, and bring a copy to the conference.
Different By Design Event Format
This conference is normally hosted by a local church and presented in one of two formats:
Friday night (7 – 9 PM) and Saturday morning (9 AM – 12 noon)
Saturday morning (8 AM – 12 noon)
Participants are asked to complete an individual Marriage Insights Profile prior to the event to gain the most benefit from the event.

Rodney and Beth Cox
