The Positions Insights Profile works hand-in-hand with the Leading From Your Strengths Profile and the Successful Staffing Guide to give you what you need most: insight in inviting the right people to join your team. We help you clearly define a position, the strengths needed to fill it successfully, and identify strengths in the candidates who apply.
The Marriage Insights Profile is a personalized, detailed 24-page report outlining your individual and relational strengths, specifically relating to the marriage relationship. The report accurately and objectively describes who you are in your relationship, keys to motivating you based on your wants and values, and keys to effective communication based on your strengths.
Family Insights Profiles are actually two sets of reports: the Parent Insights Profile and the Teen Insights Profile. Each family member, whether parent or teen, completes the appropriate questionnaire and receives an individualized profile report by email.

The Love and Money One Day Event will open your eyes to how communication and money really work together in marriage. You’ll gain a language to communicate better, a view that your differences with your spouse are really strengths, and the understanding needed to blend your differences into true teamwork. You’ll learn how to plug leaks in your current finances and how to make the most of your future finances.

Love and Money Event Format
This event is normally hosted by a local church and presented on a Saturday (8 AM – 5 PM) with an onsite break for lunch.
Participants are asked to complete an individual Marriage Insights Profile prior to the event to gain the most benefit from the conference.

About Rodney Cox
Rodney Cox, one of the country’s emerging leaders in the strengths movement, is president and founder of the Ministry Insights International, an equipping ministry dedicated to strengthening Christian relationships in the workplace, in marriages, and in families.
