Jeannette is a pastor, teacher, and leadership coach who believes that every person has the potential to make a difference in the world. When it comes to working with people, caring, optimistic, and empowering are three words used to describe her style. She is passionate about leading in things that matter to God and wants to inspire, encourage, and equip others to do the same.
Jeannette is the Executive Pastor at Seneca Creek Community Church where she is responsible for staff and organization development. She is a trained leadership coach and enjoys working with Christian leaders and ministry teams who want to improve their performance and maximize their potential. Jeannette is a graduate of Regent University where she studied Organizational Leadership (B.A. and M.A.) and Practical Theology (M.A.).
Jeannette lives in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. with her husband Eddie. They are blessed with three adult children and two fantastic grand daughters. In her free time, Jeannette enjoys reading about leadership and spirituality, long walks in the great outdoors, beach trips with her family, Starbucks pumpkin spice lattes, and the Virginia Tech Hokies.
