Carol Tepker earned a Bachelors degree in Education from Concordia University, Seward, Nebraska with a certified Teacher Diploma. She has experience teaching Preschool through Fifth grade and Middle through High School Christian education. Carol also home-schooled her daughters in Middle and Junior High.
Carol served as a volunteer and later created the Outreach Ministry at a large church in Bakersfield, California; she launched a neighborhood outreach campaign for the church’s new campus. She also led an Overcomers Anonymous group and initiated a Divorce Care group. Carol served as the Director of Outreach and Assimilation for five years.
Carol developed the Outreach Ministry working to equip teachers in strategies to reach the multi-cultural student body.

Carol is a trained Stephen Minister and acts as a spiritual care provider for those loosely connected to the church and school who are dealing with difficult situations.
Carol and her husband Paul are trained in leading the Different by Design Marriage workshop.
Carol and Paul share 35+ years experience in marriage and have two grown daughters.
